Worth it for teamwork management

Reviewing after a couple of months of use, this does help team member to access every information on tasks assigned to them from a single place.

Not too great but it definitely has improved team productivity.

To create boards for different tasks the way it does was cool.

How difficult is it to get started?:

UI in terms of design and colors had gotten better from its previous version, other thing is the options on this tool can be confusing at first.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Like doc has a reminder option when you make any comments it sends to other user with access this functionality is missing in trello.

In our company experience, we felt very organized as we aren't that big of an organization, so it was pretty easy for a small team to function and work using Trello.

How did your team benefit the most?:

In particular, we've experienced faster turnaround time for projects than before, which I think is the direct result of having an efficient tool like Trello.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

Views feature greatly helps me and my team to curate highly planned, and structured project flows with every single detail like timeline, step-by-step process, and listing down resources in a tabular format.

How difficult is it to get started?:

I like there isn't too much friction in its design, like too many clicks, card based layout is also I feel is structured, sometimes in the beginning, when too many cards got created, some employees would get confused until they learned to use its search bard function to quickly navigate through different cards.

One of the best project management and collaboration platform

The interface is probably the most sorted one in the market the way we can categorize each task or project into different stage completion rallies makes tracking and monitoring progress easy.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Project completion got streamlined like our admins could track who lacking behind accordingly they pushed it to those who already have completed their task and can take on the incomplete one, if it was;t for Trello, admins would have to keep up with every member individually which I think is a time waste.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

For me, that one feature is its integration apparently, we use a couple of communication platforms so maintaining a presence on each was getting complicated only with Trello, I was to communicate back and forth and share important updates with members of all platforms.

How difficult is it to get started?:

My team members adjusted to its card like interface, not too much, but we did have to go through a few brainstorming sessions to learn in the beginning when we first started using it other than that it is easy to understand.

One thing or feature you would improve:

For SMEs like ours, we are forced to upgrade storage allowance, which I felt was pricey.

Not preferable

I used Trello for years until I tried Monday.com. Monday is vastly superior in almost everyway and I assume most people still use Trello mainly for legacy reasons or the cheaper cost. Old feeling UI, complicated boards are clunky, I've moved on....

Pros:

Good for really basic projects

Cons:

Just about everything if you have a medium/large project
