nice features for small businesses

Similar to using marketing software if you can't afford a marketing team, Bambee handles most HR tasks for you. Not totally sure how the employees feel about dealing with software and not a person.... but no complaints so far! Then again, who is there to complain to? lol

Pros:

handles all the onboarding and training

Cons:

no personal touch, but you get what you pay for
