Great for Apartments

I introduced this to my parents who own a 29 unit property and this has been life-changing for all of us. Less stress and reminders for upkeep, rent collection, etc. I have never seen my parents with such little anxiety about the goings-on in the building.

Pros:

Replaces a property manager and it is a bargain

Wish I found it sooner.
