Data and insights are important using the data from our campaigns we segment our subscribers based on what tag and activity they're engaging with and increase our click rates greatly.

Tools come at a cost

With the numerous tools that come come equipped like WYSIWYG email editor, CAM SPAM compliance, simplififying the Drip campaigns and many more, EmailOctopus has made my employees more efficent. I'd say a straightforward tool for swift execution and results. Although we have enrolled for an annual plan, MailChimp offers much more competitive pricing.

My overall experience with EmailOctopus has been pleasant. I switched from using MailChimp due to issues with their customer support and the pricing. EmailOctopus does everything that MailChimp does at a fraction of a cost along with superior customer support. It has a wide range of templates to choose from and the designs are fresh. I just wish it had more advanced features in terms of segmentation and automating the workflows.
