Best for website optimization

Hotjar is a different tool. It is basically a tool that shows you various metrics that can help for the website design and navigation.

How did your team benefit the most?:
From a perspective of the design team it somewhat simplifies and makes it easy for them to create the best performing design layout.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Heatmaps is its best feature so far it helps in understanding how visitors interact and engage with the website, it also shows data points that can be used to optimize site design for increasing engagement time.
How difficult is it to get started?:
It's a UI optimisation platform so it had to have a pleasing UI itself, learning about it wasn't really a challenge as it had sufficient resources that explains it's features.
One thing or feature you would improve:
I guess for sites like ours that handle large traffic on a daily basis it leaves you no choice but to upgrade to a premium plan, because free plan works on limited traffic.
