Feature rich chat APIs and SDKs

CometChat is great. Many language SDK support: JavaScript, iOS Swift &amp; Andriod Kotlin, User customizable UI and continuous feature enhancement &amp; bug fixing.

Neat and clean UI but expensive

What I like about the application is that their system allows to auto generate URL favicons and video file thumbnails. There are constant updates for the application which causes the flow of work to break at times and also glitching the data. A little steep on the pocket.

The best chat API out there

Smooth API and fast integration... It is one of the best chat integrations you can have for your application. One small snag is that we had a bit of trouble with our responses but it seemed to likely just be a caching issue.

In-app chat for our new local commerce start-up (think grubhub but for local boutiques and other businesses). Easy to install and implement. We have not converted to the paying program yet because we have not launched. This feature alone (testing for free) makes this hugely valuable to us.
