Value for money CRM

Performance wise it's worth it to use it for processing customer queries quickly, and we've actually been able to boost our speed.

Most of the features are significant to mention one it'll live chat software it does simplify talking to new potential users.

Its own support for it's users is very helpful that makes it convenient to learn to use it.

It is a complete solution for capturing, nurturing and converting leads into customers all this can be done via multiple channels like email, cold sales, etc.

Time and money are both saved because now we have most of the necessary features all in one tool and its relatively affordable so it is worth it.

We leveraged its marketing automation capabilities to automate email campaigns and capture site visitors using lead magnets and the results have shown positive growth.

Won't say difficult but will say there's definitely some learning curve to it but it also has detailed guides on each of its features.

CSV file export is time taking and often fails.

People love this app no idea why

I don't get it, everyone raves about this software but I don't see why. Less features and worse UI than most others. Hubspot is soooo much better as a CRM. This is really an email marketing tool dressed as a CRM.
