Freshsales a worth it sales automation platform

Complete contact management product it is nurturing and working on contacts to close deals with them is convenient on this platform.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Having the ability to work on those leads who are comparatively more responsive than others really helps with freshsales we could do the same trach contacts based on their activity level with us and prioritize them.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

Most help we leveraged is from its leads enriching features what we do in order to personalize our strategy for each lead as much as possible is we learn about their basically all over internet profiles to know them better.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Speaking of interface design and all it is on the convenient side but learning it's features requires some level of effort.

One thing or feature you would improve:

System message notifications aren't working correctly, notifications doesn't shows up instantly.
