Comprehensive mobile application for events

A wholesome platform for event planning, scheduling, and execution. It does almost everything required for holding any level of event, it has digitized the entire events experience for organizers as well as for attendees.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Took our entire schedule to its app and let it do the work, honestly, I and my team felt very light because most of the work we automated with this tool.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
For me its the mobile application, it made the job extremely simple for attendees to just scan a QR code to verify their attendance, and even shows a map with all the booths and other rooms like the washroom, which made their experience memorable.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Kudos to the product team they have done a great job, usually companies put more emphasis on either one plat it could be a desktop application or a mobile application, here Let's Get Digital made both their application really convenient to use.
One thing or feature you would improve:
I can't remember any changes that I'd like to see in this platform. Let it remain like this.

Easy to host events of all types, be they virtual, offline, or hybrid. Customer support is also good. This tool is extremely professional, so you can count on it every time you host an event.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Hosting events was one thing, and tracking how successful it went is a completely different game. We were able to measure event insights, so we have the data to plan even better events in the future.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Mostly we hosted virtual events, but for the in-person ones, we were surprised by the offering it had for us. Like we got badges printed for our events, attendees experienced smooth check in because they used an in-app QR scanner.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Great experience for both us as event organizers and for our attendees. Almost everyone found it simple to use with no fuss. We could connect with our audience via its mobile application, so knowing how the event was going on became convenient.

I have no grudges against this platform for now.

All in on event hosting tool

Awesome platform for conducting all sorts of corporate and commercial events, hybrid events, and in-person, and the best part about it was that attendees stayed engaged thanks to its interactive mobile application.

How did your team benefit the most?:
So the platform allows customizing each event as if it's us hosting the event and not any platform. We added several branding all over the event to portrait our brand as much as possible.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
With its mobile application, keeping event attendees engaged throughout the time was easy. We ran a couple of polls and questionnaires during the event and we were able to track which attendees were participating and which did not.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Was decently simple to navigate through the platform and wasn't that difficult to learn. I liked its resources, they helped in learning its functionalities.

Issues with microphones while shifting rooms

Held one event with LGD, as a small conference at a hotel. Overall it was a nice experience. Just some guests reported mic issues, but this easily could have been our WiFi as well. Was frustrating at the time though.

Room shifting to be fine tuned perhaps?
