Video tutorials are there on its YouTube channel these videos are nicely explained and it's UI is quite usable.

In our experience with Slicktext we've grown our subscriber's list, we captured them from the site using popups.

How did your team benefit the most?:

We've increased the volume of one on one conversations with customers all we did was let them reply to automated messages and take over the chat with a personal assistant from there.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

Mass personalized text message marketing was a challenge not all providers offered this service so we used Slicktext for the same purpose and it worked great.

How difficult is it to get started?:

It is interesting to learn using a platform for SMS marketing gives it a minimum of one week for the best results.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Could have taken help from SMS text templates but for now, we wrote all messages manually.
