Unnecessarily charging for unused services

I was using my landline for my office calls and then I decided to forward my landline calls to my cell phone. I am now being charged extra and they have no valid reason to it. They come up with an excuse that I might have added extra lines or taken up another service which I did not order. They are charging multiple payments on my credit card before their payment cycle aswell. I have discontinued their services.
