It is a nice video calling tool, you can personalize video calls according to your company identity.

As this is such a hassle free video app none of our time gets wasted in logging in or downloading.

It has other inbuilt features like the whiteboard one it helps in collaborating ideas during a live call.
How difficult is it to get started?:
I like it's straightforward no app no download needed option URL are also customizable and in one click anyone can join.
One thing or feature you would improve:
I have experienced it slows down my laptop speed and takes significant data to run.

The reporting section that shows meeting analytics was helpful as we could learn how to keep our next events, this is really worth it when hosting company webinars for new customers and clients.

It really is a straightforward video meet platform the reason why I say this is because unlike other tools it has the least friction of use like you just need to click on join meeting and that's it no logging in no downloading nothing.
