Great platform knowledge management

Tool is really effective in enabling companies like us to create important content for training our employees and customers. It's own courses are also a good starting point which employees can take.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Monitioring employess progress got easire for us, it used to be a tedious task where team individually reviewed each employee performance and now they do with bare minimum efforts.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

I guess it'd be its testing capabilites was actually worth, what it did is that it simplified our efforts of keeping our employees interested in continuing their learning and see where do they stand.

How difficult is it to get started?:

It offers so much control over content creation and distribution among company employees and to customers and clients. Very sort out interface every option is well defined and is simple to understand what it does.

One thing or feature you would improve:

All ok I cant think of any improvements that I would want to see.

Organized learning for our employees

The ease of creating information for employees in the form of courses is amazing, it even allows for the creation of quizzes and tests that employees can take, and their results are then shown in an easy to understand dashboard. It has helped me in organized our knowledge base and showcases them in a simple intuitive way.

I and my team participated in discussions on various course topics, we did this within the platform so it was easy to interact with each other.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

We created a couple of courses and even used some of the courses available in its library. These courses were pretty insightful we used these as a warm and offered our own as an upgrade.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Zoho learn is simple set up courses and shares them within the organization and with customers also. The user interface is not over complicated.

One thing or feature you would improve:

No such improvement, only a addition we would love to see which is in course note take like in udemy.

Such an organized tool that for our employees and customers, it has become easy to access product information all from one single source.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Sharing access to specific employees that to from within the tool was helpful. Also, its analytics features kept me updated with employee's progress on different learning materials.

Its quiz creation option helped employees test their learning and analyze their skill level.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Quite easy to create knowledge material and categorize them into different categories.

At the moment, we haven't encountered any major flaws.
