Sitniks integrates with social media and communication services to streamline marketing, combining CRM capabilities with multiple messenger and chat platforms. Sitnikov's background is in software development, and he has a degree from National Technical University Kharkiv Politechnical Institute in Intellectual Property Law.
AS: The first idea to create Sitniks came at the end of 2017 by Alexey Sitnikov, who wanted to create a system for convenient storage of customer data with statistics! Since the first Sitniks prototype was developed at his own expense by Alexey Sitnikov and Artem Sitnikov, the production of the MVP dragged on for a whole year until 2019.
After the first release, work was underway to improve UX / UI, as well as the choice of the final niche in which Sitniks will be used, so the niche of retail social networks and online stores was chosen!
At the end of 2019, a decision was made to switch to new Sitniks Angular JS and Node js implementation technologies, as well as update the system design and combine the crm + chat platform, which became the main competitive advantage among similar solutions in the niche!
AS: The main competitive advantage is not only that Sitniks is a ready-made solution for retail in social networks and online stores, but also that it can be customized for any request.
AS: The main difficulty in finding the first users was that Sitniks did not have all the functionality that potential users in this niche use and had to quickly refine the system, adapting to the client, so at first it was customary to connect only custom clients (clients with additional settings) since there was no ready-made finalized solution at that time.
