Complete contact management product it is nurturing and working on contacts to close deals with them is convenient on this platform.

Having the ability to work on those leads who are comparatively more responsive than others really helps with freshsales we could do the same trach contacts based on their activity level with us and prioritise them.

It helped us in understanding prospects better because it gave all the important information about them.

Speaking of interface design and all it is on the convenient side but learning it's features requires some level of effort.

System message notifications isn't working properly, notifications doesn't shows up instantly.

Lovely little CRM

We turned off all of our third-party webforms and chat systems and replaced them with Freshsales. We receive a wide array of incoming messages from existing customers to cold leads. This syphons them all out into different buckets automatically and managing them all is strangely simple now. Two thumbs up!

Pros:
Great for full website integration
Cons:
Have not run into any issues

This is just an additional integrations of FreshWorks, so you need to have more than just Freshsales. But the price is right... very cheap.
