Worth it platform for chatbot development and deployment

I think, in my experience, this is one of the best tools for developing customizable chatbots and deploying them on multiple social channels like Facebook and telegram.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Developing personalized chatbots was easy and fat, so we leveraged this power and boosted our productivity, and deployment speed was also increased, which obviously resulted in better conversion on our site as well as on our social pages.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

As a CEO, I need to have that control where I don't require to be in front of the laptop, with the SendPulse mobile app, I was able to monitor the bot's performance and track several other parameters even when I wasn't working.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Genuinely this tool doesn't have any whatsoever prerequisite for using it, the design, and the interface is very practical to use.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Satisfied with its performance, so can't say anything for now.

Great tool with useful capabilities

Multi-feature marketing tool allows to market on various marketing channels, SMS, chatbots, and even on medial social platforms like Facebook. Integration is also very smooth with the website.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Increased response rate on all of our chatbots integrated without social pages, all we did was set up message flow and edit it based on previous replies to improve conversions.

I've used email segmentation but never knew chatbot segmentation, my team and I segmented our chatbot user base based on different variables like demographics and also with the help of tags.

How difficult is it to get started?:

So far, my experience has been quite hassle-free It didn't feel confusing, and with the no of features available on this platform, it is interestingly very approachable.

One thing or feature you would improve:

I could have used chatbot templates like the ones available for landing pages. Rest all in fine till now

I personally felt negligible friction while starting out, drag and drop features were great as the landing page and email creation got faster. The overall interface is nice and interactive.

Email deliverability could benefit from improvements, as we don't want to land in the customer's spam folders.
