Using Canva for some months now it is great for teams to work on designing simultaneously.

How did your team benefit the most?:

What we appreciate about Canva is you can design from the very basic looking designs to the most advanced ones.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

Unlimited elements available on the platform in various patterns and themes. Search bar is easy to find different elements.

How difficult is it to get started?:

If you look at its overall interface it's incredibly organized each feature is well-designed, and designing becomes fun with Canva when you spent some time with it.

One thing or feature you would improve:

I feel it's more than sufficient with its features.

Excellent platform to work on designing content covers almost every design platform should consist.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Most of the designing work in our organization is now with Canva only it definitely saves time and we've noticed that it's much more efficient than it's alternatives like MS paint.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

It is really helpful that we can connect social profiles like IG, and Facebook and export any media file directly from there to Canva platform without having to download it.

How difficult is it to get started?:

To learn it to a point where design team members can themselves design anything like pdf, powerpoint, logo, etc, it took like 2-3 days and the rest they learned over time.

One thing or feature you would improve:

I don't understand why is it that such a simple feature like background image remover is only on paid plans.

Very simple and efficient tool

Canva has greatly helped us design graphics for our marketing content, from carousel posts to logos we were able to do it all using it.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Free account covered most of our requirements, only on a few occasions we needed to buy specific elements from its library and we were able to without having to buy its premium plan.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

I like its integration with third-party resources, like stock-image sites and social channels. It made it easy to upload content to Canva.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Its web interface is easy to navigate, and its mobile application is also the same.

Nothing significant so far, so good.

Even newbies like me found it easy to use... Plenty of options for backgrounds to choose from and I’m particularly amazed by the time it took me to finish my banner.

I've literally used it to make every physical marketing swag for all my clients. I used to put everything in Photoshop and import but their tools have gotten so good, I can get 95% of it done in their application.

Pros:

Canva is lightweight and powerful

Cons:

Avoid the free version as it's very limited.
