Amazing solution for conversational marketing.

Tars was very helpful, it's a great no-code Chatbot builder with an excellent customer support department. Tool is omnichannel works on different channels like websites, apps and even SMS.

So far what we've achieved is a significant increase in conversion rate, we were able to set up automated chat sequences to engage with customers and convert them.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

It is not limited in terms of analytics and stats compared to its counterparts, because data can be moved to 3rd party CRM and analytics platforms like Google analytics, HubSpot, etc.

How difficult is it to get started?:

What I found different in different is its top class support team, every single ticket we raised was answered and overall it is built like a no code platform that way very minimal technical know how is required.

Not really relevant but the website UI appears dul.
