Very useful for meetings, events and webinars

So many tasks can be automated with ClickMeeting. I found it very helpful in terms of conducting all types of organizational events. Detailing possible in this tool saves time and effort. Another thing that we appreciate is that we can analyze an event's performance it shows all the data in a report.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Ok so our organizing team benefits the most from its statistics feature, we could now see which of our webinars are working and accordingly we removed the non-performing ones.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Running webinars on autopilot, that is how we did our webinars, especially the paid ones. It allows you to set up every step from within the tool, like payments, webinar fees, and much more.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Kind of an easy tool, I don't think we faced trouble in using it. They have videos that show you how it can be used. So yeah overall it is easy.
One thing or feature you would improve:
No major roadblocks at the moment.

For me its a good webinar tool

I'd say it's worth it if you want to bring some level of automation into your meeting and webinar operations. I think what I like the most about it is that it lets you make your meeting and webinars much more exciting and interactive, so it does not feel like one-sided interaction.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Most useful for us was its automated webinar, we recorded a bunch of webinars and had complete control over customization like live chat, and answer later, we could also run surveys during the webinar.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
I have never seen the drag and drop function in a video meeting tool, but this one has it, it actually feels cool that I can just add or remove specific timelines in the webinar just by dragging and dropping timelines.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Ok is quite easy to understand what function performs what action, I found it interactive and most of its functionalities we learned over time.
One thing or feature you would improve:
The only change I would like to see is the increased video meeting size, as a 100+ company ourselves its 40 attendees meet limitation lacks behind.

Great tool for large scale virtual events

We use ClickMeeting for hosting a bunch of commercial virtual events for our vendors, approx 500 + showed up to the event. All events went smoothly.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Setting up the ticket payment system was convenient, we actually used Paypal, but the tool also allows custom payment methods.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
We got ourselves a consultant who walked us through the tool and showed us what we could use it for. They we active throughout time whenever we need some help.
How difficult is it to get started?:
It does have a slight learning curve, but other than that, it's pretty simple to use. Once you use it for 2-3 events, you'll find it easy.
One thing or feature you would improve:
Sometimes presentation video quality slightly dropped during the event.

Good for wrangling groups

I don't use this for business, I have a few social groups locally. During Covid lockdowns, we relied on ClickMeeting for EVERYTHING and we all remained connected. It offered us a window of socialization that was invaluable during a tough time.

Now that things are easing, we still use it about half the time because sometimes it's easier to sit on a couch with your pants off!
