Being a training and knowledge transfer platform itself suprisingly requires training and support from their team to learn, adopt and implement the software. Initially one cannot easily use and adopt it themselves however their support team provides swift and easy support. They've guided us through several process automations for knowledge transfer. Even though it has proved to be apt for all the processes and functions there is still a need to make it easy for the users.
I work for a rapidly growing small company and we have on-boarded 5 people in the last 6 months. Trainual has made the training and on-boarding process for new employees very easy and efficient. It organises all the training and onboarding modules into one central place which is very easy for the new hires to access and for us to keep a track of the completed modules simultaneously. Overall, it has helped us streamline the entire hiring process.
