Creating Custom Tags for Timely Project Management
Hello! We have previously seen how Timely works. Specifically, we learned how to set the memory and also how to start a project. Certainly, this is one of the most attractive features of Timely. In fact, from there we will be able to manage the jobs in a more efficient way. Well, to complement this function in a more efficient way, we can count on different additions. One of them is the possibility of using Tags to customize the elements. Let's see how to make it work. The first thing we are going to do is to go to the Timely Dashboard. Once there, please click on Projects.
Consequently, we will enter the Projects module. What we will do is to click on New Project.
Therefore, you will be redirected to the project configuration section. There you will be able to set the name, the hourly rate, the budget and so on. To learn more about how to properly configure a project, please click on this previous article.
However, for the purposes of this tutorial, we are going to scroll down to the Tags section. Once there, please select the Select tags option. This will bring up a couple of new options. The one we are interested in is the one related to Create new list. So, click on it.
Consequently, you only have to assign the name you want to the new list.
