To achieve this, Zoom is introducing a new feature called Workspace Reservation that enables teams to reserve office workspaces in advance, learn about who else is scheduled to arrive for work, receive seating recommendations, etc. According to a statement from Zoom, some of its test users have even reserved parking spaces using the new tool.

The flexible hot-desking choices offered by the workspace reservation feature that Zoom hopes to make accessible by the end of July allow one to reserve space for a specified time and length, which may be a whole day or simply a few short hours.
Users can also make reservations for spaces right away via a mobile app, a kiosk at the front desk, the scheduling panel outside a Zoom Room, or even right there at the workspace. According to Zoom, its straightforward user interfaces enable business teams to book in-office workspaces using a familiar platform and interface.
To provide users with a seamless experience, system administrators would also be able to upload personalized office maps and seating arrangements straight from the admin interface. Additionally, they can quickly reserve a spot by adding printable QR codes to workstations. Furthermore, system administrators can plan and construct a more efficient and effective use of the current workspaces that utilizes data gathered depending on user activity.
You can use a desktop program or a web browser to access Zoom's new features. Users can reserve a variety of alternatives through the Workspace Reservation, including Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone Appliances, Work desks, private conference rooms, screening rooms, and other configurable spaces.
